Exciting News! We’ve had the amazing news that we will receive a £25,000 grant from The Barratt Foundation!
This funding will go directly to funding the salary of one of our Family Mentors, a crucial member of our team, to support families on their journey to independent living.
Our Family Mentors guide families through our “Resettlement Passport,” a structured program designed to help them manage and maintain their homes.
This role is vital in providing families with the tools they need to make informed decisions about their futures. To hear more about this role, check out our most recent blog post: https://buff.ly/46yWCD4
Thank you, to The Barratt Foundation, for your incredible support! Together, we can make a lasting impact. ![]()
