  • Accommodation & Support within a village-style community

    Provision of accommodation for families in crisis situations
    Experience of a rural environment which offers outdoor activities
    Identification of move-on accommodation with outreach support packages
    Provision of community facilities, including a kitchen and sports hall

  • Family Mentoring Support

    Complete, comprehensive assessments undertaken to understand the needs of all family members
    Develop an action plan to address individual needs
    Family Mentors act as role models for each family, empowering them to develop routine and structure in their daily lives
    Volunteers support core staff in the development and delivery of services
    Advocacy support provided, including social care case meetings and court and legal support

  • Education & Training

    Families have access to learning opportunities on site through a partnership with Cheshire College which gives them access to accredited qualifications
    Work closely with schools and colleges to support children and young people
    IT/Homework suite offers access to internet and a quiet space
    Children’s Centre offers parental support and training in parenting skills
    Sensory Room offers a quiet space for mental and physical rest

  • Working in Partnership

    Work closely with local authorities, particularly Cheshire West & Chester
    Act as a central point of contact across a range of multi-disciplinary agencies
    Signpost families to external services, including NHS and JobCentre Plus
    Housing managed by registered social housing provider Hilldale
    Partner with other charities and agencies for the benefit of families
