A huge thank you to The Hammond School for inviting Save the Family and other local charities to their incredible Community Day last week! We had a wonderful afternoon filled with amazing student performances, a delightful afternoon tea, a fun raffle, and heartfelt thanks to all the local charities for their hard work. We had an incredible session last week with Nigel Taberner, a former hostage negotiator!
Nigel ran an engaging and insightful session with our staff on handling communication in difficult situations. Drawing from his extensive experience, he shared valuable transferable skills and strategies that we can use in our work.
Thank you, Nigel, for spending the morning with us. Our staff are already putting their new skills into practice, which will greatly enhance the support we provide to our families!

The Chester Deo Gratias Choir chose two amazing charities to support at their All Saints Church Summer Concert on June 22nd. We’re thrilled to share that they’ve raised an incredible £1000 for us! 
The Leprosy Mission will also receive £1000! This generosity includes matched donations from the choir and concert attendees. We couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you!

Fridge Freezer: With summer holidays approaching, we’re busier than ever! A fridge freezer will enable our children’s team to store food, drinks, and other items used for their work with the kids. 
Linkimals: If you have any Linkimals your children have outgrown or would love to donate, we would love to give them a new home! These toys are fantastic for playing, singing, moving, listening, and learning. They’d be a huge asset to our work!
